okok....lemme let some of you in on a little idea to increase your daily pushup total. its called descending reps....
you dont have to do 'X' amount of pushups all in one set, you can break them up into multiple sets.
for example....lets say the most you can do is 10 pushups:
1st set 10 pushups
(rest)
2nd set 9 pushups
(rest)
3rd set 8 pushups
(rest)
4th set 7 pushups
(rest)
5th set 6 pushups
(rest)
and so on and so forth....i think you all get the picture. how long your rest periods are, well....thats up to you. but if you follow this approach you can complete 55 pushups a day
