i think i will be doing my squats with 15lb dumbells in each hand....and when i come to a standing position.....then i will do dumbbell curls. i will be doing a lesser amount of course, with 30 extra pounds of weight....but i think thats gonna be my plan....every other day in december. oh but...all my challenge work will be starting on dec 4th.....will all the december challenge threads be up later tonight?
