Ok- so I've started a lot of new things lately... but a week before I began Induction (I'm @ the end of week 1) I joined the Y and worked out 3 times and felt great! During week 1 of Induction I went to the gym 3 times as well, but it felt like I just didn't have as much endurance this week as I did last week. I start out with walking a mile on the track, then bike for 17-22 mins then try to make 10 mins on the elliptical. I don't end up with pain the next day... occasional tightness in the shins- but using the same resistance level I found that I had a really difficult time making it past the half way mark on the bike. Am I trying to do too much at once or should I just work through it and let my body just adjust to this?
BTW- I'm working on getting comfortable with all the equipment, so I wont always be working with the same things--- I'm just trying to get in the habit of going and learn how to properly use the equipment before I just jump in.
