Wednesday: 3 miles. Last run before Sunday's marathon.

Marathon forecast shows 53 degrees at start. Chance of rain.
Would have liked a little cooler, but after running Chicago last year, I'll take it.

Goal is probably around 4:40 or so.. Not a PR, but just don't seem to be in as good shape as I was after Disney.

Anyway, it should be fun. At the finish line will be "The World's Largest Brat Festival" sponsored by Johnsonville.

Cross finish line, get medal, get Brat, get tall beer. Check.

Have a great Holiday Weekend everyone.

I love it ! I can see you pounding the pavement the last .2 for that beer !

Have fun Rich! Its all about having fun !

Thursday, 5.35 miles. This is my last run for the next 4 days as we're going to spend the holiday weekend in the Florida Keys (specifically Key West) where I will also be endulging in some great libations! (read: WINE .. I am not into beer, but I do enjoy my fruit juice!)

              HAPPY WEEKEND TO ALL !
