Hi guys,
I just started working out, hummm for basically the first time in my life yesterday!
But i came across someone on the site under the before & after photos that mentioned using the Billy Blank workout videos as a form of exercise, well I searched it on the web, started exercising with him and i LOVE it!!!!Im totally hooked! What do you guys & gals think good form of exercise?? It's taebo, incase you have never heard of it, very fast paced workout. I definetly got to sweating within the first 5 mins. lol.
