    Hi guys,
    I just started working out, hummm for basically the first time in my life yesterday! But i came across someone on the site under the before & after photos that mentioned using the Billy Blank workout videos as a form of exercise, well I searched it on the web, started exercising with him and i LOVE it!!!!Im totally hooked! What do you guys & gals think good form of exercise?? It's taebo, incase you have never heard of it, very fast paced workout. I definetly got to sweating within the first 5 mins. lol.

    Give me some input please!

    Oh yes that Tae bo is good stuff. A bit hard to follow in the beginning but definitely gets your heart rate up. Are you doing the Tae bo basic? I sometimes do the Eight Minute work out. Short and sweet if I feel like some extra sweating is required before or after another work out (like Yoga).

      Billy Blanks is the man! Some of his stuff is quite fast paced but my suggestion is, do what you can, until you're strong enough to keep up with the DVD. I love his Celebrity Sculpt DVD, it's a bit slower in pace and the music is awesome!

      these are also some good ones, and not quite as fast either.

          Oh wow!!! I'm really honored that I inspired you to give Billy a shot. Isn't he just the best??
          Congrats on your loss so far, Billy Blanks will get you to your weight loss goals, he sure got me there! make sure to get the other DVD's soon, they are really a lot of fun.

            they used to make us do tae bo (billy blanks videos) in PE when I was in highschool. I remember it being fun...."double time!"

              I thought I'd drop this off here in case you're still in the market for some Tae Bo...
              I got just got this set for my birthday and I can tell you that this one ROCKS!!! It comes with 3 Tae Bo Boot Camp DVD's and the weighted workout stretch bands that he uses in a ton of his DVD's. The pace is good, not super fast either. The music gets you pumped up and the work out is amazing as usual! The box says it's new but it's actually not. It was released a few years back just as an FYI.
