
so how is anyone losing weight in there arms.. i hate my arms and would love them a whole lot smaller??... any suggestions??
I have incorporated a lot of weight resistance training for my arms to try to deal with a lot of weight that they carry and trouble shoot potential loose skin. I am seeing a difference for sure but have a long way to go!
It also helps to lift them over your head and do things for triceps tho.
A lot of girls feel like if they use heavier weights they will "bulk up" instead of being able to have the sleek muscles we all want... but it's just not true. The fastest way to see those results appear is to go with heavier weights until your muscles fatigue.
I do them bent knee style still but am working toward the guy kind. It also works your core so you get double the benefits.
