I'm not terribly out of shape, and I do excersize on a semi regular basis...
I've heard over and over in fitness classes that the first ten minutes of your workout is just burning carbs, its not til after that first ten minutes that you begin to burn fat.
is this true when you are doing induction and are consuming very few carbs?
