  • So is this a good workout?

    Ok just started my workout last week. I am not new to working out so i get some of the things i need to do.....but i have this complex...my legs loose weight so fast..they are the first thing to go and i have no butt....in back im lust flat from top of back to butt. so I hate working out my legs, so the only thing i will use them for is running....

    ok so i do 45min on elliptical (about 400cal burned)
    15-20 min arms...very lightly and abs (very little) and back.....

    nothing with my legs.

    Im married, 2 sons (ages 2 and 1.) Want to loose as much as I can before my May or June trip to Morocco.

    If I were you, I would do both cardio and weight lifting, as if you build up your muscles your sculpt your body. Get some suggestions at the gym.

      yEp If you want shape, you need to lift weights as well. Squats and lunges with dumbbells will create curves in those buns. You should use as heavy a weight as you can and still finish your sets with good form. Same goes for upper body--don't mess around with the Barbie weights. Get some instruction on lifting for women and go for it.

        I think your approach is a bit wonky (but maybe check with a trainer) I think if you want shapely legs you should work them - lots. Do lunges and presses and squats and use weights
