Holiday Stress

Many holidays have family traditions surrounding them. In my family Easter meant all day eating in my DH's it was all day drinking. This year we are having a quiet day at home. It was a little sad coming in after church with out anything more to look forward to today. But Egg hunts with the children and low carb meals in the long run will make us happier people. We can both get up Tomorrow knowing we faced a holiday with OUR traditions, not our addictions.

It is my prayer you all can do the same.
