      Taking a true rest day today. Want to recuperate for tomorrow's challenge.

          catchup for me:

          wed: SICK DAY - i seriously thought i had appendicitis
          thurs: 3 hours walking around historic philly
          friday: 45 min walking around historic philly
          saturday: rest day - too much conference!

          Reached Goal: 6/6/07 120, 27% BF
          Hurt knee: 11/08
          Restart: 5/10/10 Stats unknown as of yet!

                  Help! I can't find my measurements from the beginning of this challenge and the thread is gone!
