can we post our meals, since I'm getting ready to start rung 2 of OWL. I would appreciate any helpful suggestion on how to do it right. Excercise tips would help, I'm thinking of getting the Billy Blank bootcamp tapes.

My beginning stats:
Weight 185.5
Measurments:
1. Chest 39"
2. Breasts 40.25" (Note: I was wearing my champion sports bra, and measured around the strap of the bra. I will need to do the same 6 weeks from now)
3. Ribcage 35"
4. Waist (Note: I measured where my belly button is) 39.25"
5. Hips 45"
6. Thighs 25.25" each
7. Bicep 12.5" each

unfortunately, I have to call today as a rest day. I have an emergency to deal with. Walked 15 min, but would like to call a rest day. I will post more later, gotta run..sorry guys!!

Wow - a godsend finding this challenge. Ive been lurking for a week and signed up in the last 24 hours - start my induction tomorrow, (I've been busy organizing my menu) but would love to be accountable for my exercise!
Please sign me up for 4/7 with a 30 minute minimum
Will post measurements as soon as I find my tape measure!
