          20 min of SIU...then moved into Turbo Jam 20 mins....total of 40 mins of sweat.

            Taking the day off for an injury. Must've pulled something in my shoulder this weekend, while doing the kickboxing DVD. Haven't been able to sleep for the last few nights,pretty sore, so I guess I should rest up today, and if I'm not better tomorrow, will go see the doc!

              Taking a Sick day I am sooo not feeling well my daughter was up all night puking and now I have stomach cramps and diarreah YUCK feel horrid.
