                  Things have been crazy, I haven't posted in the last couple of days, but catch me up, I haven't taken any rest or slug days, so put me in for my gazelle every day! I got an ab lounge today for Christmas, so I'll be putting in time on the gazelle, the home gym, and the ab lounge from now on!

                  Christmas is such a great time for getting in shape!
