    leg lifts 75 each
    ball squats 30
    ball pushups 30
    arm work w/weights 50 each
    bike: 25 minutes, 4.1 miles, 241 calories

      A really weird 'body jam' class (shan't be doing that again!) then my usual weight machines circuit and 15 minutes crosstrainer (which I have realised is an 'elliptical' machine).

      I lifted 6,500 kilos (14,330 pounds) tonight according to my fitlinxx report!

                Did a lot of running with children in tow, and walked an additional mile around the neighborhood, and 30 situps...

                    2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
                    but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                            4 miles on Monday (1 hour 10 minutes). Plus 30 minutes of exercises at home.
