  • 6WEC#33, Week 2, day 3, 20th February

    Thank you for your support yesterday. I didn't cheat, but went forth and found some inspiration from Bowflex support staff. I posted it for everyone in the main forum under Muscle motivation, and also copied it to my journal: Thoughts and dreams of a fat yogini.

    Anyway today was good:

    1hr Ashtanga yoga (advanced class), pilates abs 100, 4 mile dog walk in the forrest.

    i already have 35 flights out of the way. i'll be biking in short order

    i got 25 minutes of biking in. 4.9 miles

            rest day..... i'm strugglin to get back to my aerobic workouts.... weights are easy but only help upper body for me

            I've done my video a couple times in the last week or so, but, at a very slow pace which probably isn't doin a darn thing for me! ugggggggg Now that I don't have the breathing issues to keep me from it, I need to find the motivation to get back to doin it RIGHT!

            Hope everyone is doin great with their exercising!

              About six hours of walking around in big stores in Germany. Normally I wouldn't count this as exercise. However my legs are VERY sore from it and I am still tired.
