  • Sign Up For 6 WEC #37 Here

    With Sky being out of pocket for about a week now, I'll go ahead and get this started.

    6WEC#37 will begin on Sunday, July 29th and runs through Saturday,
    September 8th.

    Sign up!
    #1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
    #2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

    -Under arms, around chest
    -Fullest part of chest
    -Ribcage
    -Waist
    -Hips
    -Upper arm x 2
    -Thigh x 2
    -Weight

    Don't forget to check in!
    #1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#36, Week 1, Day 1, Sun, June 17"
    #2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.

    Win something!
    #1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
    #2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

    This is where everyone can go to view the chart to see if you're exercising or not.

      I am in for 3 days. since I was on this challenge a few rounds ago I have not exercised much , gotta get back in the groove.

            I'll be in for 3/7 again. Will come back and add measurements once 6WEC#36 is done.

                I'll take 5 days a week this time.

                Beginning Measurements and Weight:
                1. Chest - 39.75
                2. Bust - 45.5
                3. Ribcage - 37.5
                4. Waist - 37.0
                5. Hips - 45.5
                6. Thighs - 26.5, 26.5
                7. Biceps -13, 13
                8. Weight - 204.8

                        4 days will be your minimum and by doing those 4 each week of the 6 weeks, you'll earn a nifty little no slug button.

                        any extra days gets you another cool smiley face on the chart and all the exercise gets you smaller, leaner, healthier, faster!

                        and doing more just might make you one of the ribbon winners!

                            Hi Jimmie I'm back. After a long 14 day vacation and lacking off the last 4 days of it, I think I really need this challenge to get back on track.

                            So sign me up please. I committ to the 5 days a week. Can I submitt my measurements on Friday?

                              Sorry Jimmie, I went back and re read. O.k. so posting the measurements is optional. Great. So we need to check in here on a daily basis, I get that. How often do we need to report our weight loss/inches loss? I didn't see that.
