    5 mins on elliptical

    100 squats

    125 crunches

    50 pushups

      tae bo today for me too. Then I'm going to try this Belly Dancing video I got from the library. wish me luck. I'm scared I'll throw out a hip!

                5 miles pedaling, 3.90 miles walking (including 1.5 miles on treadmill) 15 minutes on stability ball doing 50 painful crunches and 75 squats (what was I thinking?!)

                    Did something to my knees, maybe got runners knee? So today i did a littlde bit of weight training. Got some exercise in though either way.
