              35 minutes weights at PT, hand bike for 30 minutes and 15 minutes on the spine force. I worked my butt off today to make up for the slug day yesterday =)
              36 year old Female - 5'8
              New start on Atkins 3/8/2010 Start weight 175 lbs.
              Goal weight 145 lbs
              Mini goal #1-170 lbs - Reached 3/15/2010
              Mini goal #2-165 lbs -
              Mini goal #3-160 lbs -
              Mini goal #4-155 lbs -
              Final goal of 145 "COMING SOON"
