        Had my weight training class at school today. Lifted some weights and ran for about an hour. Then I got home and played about 3 hours of basketball.
        245/235/175 male, 6 foot, and 17
        Restarted 3/25/08...230/230/180...20 years old

          Ok so I did the 50 min. Dance your pants off tape
          and then the 30 min. Tonin downtown tape

          Also I started cleaning and re-arranging the 9 yr old DD bedroom. :yikes This ought to get me exercise points and prove that I have absolutely NO FEAR what so ever :nono
