            this is the last day for sign up for the 58th 6 WEC. really it is. honest. i'm always adding people to the bottom of the list but i'd like, just for once, to adhere to the cut off date.

                Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                so:
                Restart Progress:
                12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
                01/18/10 ~ 227.4
                01/5/10 ~ 226.8
                02/01/10 ~ 222.6

                  Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                      I am new to the boards and will join in. I have been "lurking" for a bit now so I guess now is a good time as ever.

                      I will do 5 days a week. I will also post beginning measurements when I check in tomorrow. This will keep me accountable

                        gotcha adreliluc! a pto day is sort of a free day. you can use a pto day if you are sick, if the day/week gets out of sorts and you can't get your pledged days of exercise in. a pto day does not count against you and you have use of 5 of them throughout the challenge.

                            I have been browing the site for a long while. Now I decided to join the challenge.
                            Please count me in. 4 days a week.
                            Each day 20 minutes of normal walk and 20 minutes of fixed bike.
