I have been on a search for a mulit-vitamin w/o iron. Is there a particular brand or place I can get them? Oh, I live in the US. Maybe a GNC? Health food store? Help please!!

Is Centrum Silver allowed if I am aged under 20? I have had this no-iron vitam problem too. And still have, to be honest. Right now I'm using Dynamisan though it has iron. Another solution would be taking vitamins one by one, A, C, fish oil, but that's not very practial. Any suggestions? So, Centrum S. allowed for all people?Comment

Yes, Centrum Silver is a good choice...even if you aren't a senior.
I, personally, like GNC's Women's Ultra Mega Bone Density without Iron and Iodine.
It's got a full daily allowance for calcium and Vitamin D and K. It's also got a full B complex in it, plus lots of the other supplements that Dr. Atkins mentions including chromium and some others.~Joy

Shaklee makes both kinds of vitamins. With & w/o iron. I took them during pregnancy and still take them. I think they are the best on the market. Look for a distributor in your area.F/ 38yr

i'm the cheapy of the group i guess. i get my supplements at Dollar General. they have a multi vitamin for adults 50 +. no iron
