I am having a difficult time on every front of the way of life right now. I am not getting in the water I should, I have skipped exercise, and I am overdoing on legal food (though I haven't touched carbs yet). Therefore, I am wiping the slate clean and really refocusing my efforts beginning tomorrow. When I wake up, I will get my exercise behind me. I will get in all the water I know I should be drinking, and I will make sure I don't give myself permission to gorge on carb-free foods.
