    Re: "Induction flu"

induction flu? Atkins attitude? I am at the end of the second day of induction and I feel horrible. headaches, light headed, sleepy. Also my attitude is horrible and I am the girl that is always told they are TOO nice. What is going on with me? I hope all of these feelings go away, i want to get to the euphoria state as mentioned in the book. any suggestions??

I'm not the best person for suggestions, but having done Atkins before, I can tell you that the symptoms you are feeling *should* go away soon. That's how I felt the first time around. This time it's much less pronounced. I think that what "induction flu" really is is withdrawal. I think our bodies have to adjust to the absence of all the carbs that we normally eat. Hopefully, you'll feel better soon.
