    Here I go... facing 107 lbs to lose head on!

    I'm a newbie, just starting my first strict induction 2 days ago... I'll spare everyone the story since I posted that under the "introduce yourself" forum already....
    I just wanted everyone to know that you are all such an inspiration to me, and I hope that I can help to be one to you as well....
    If anyone ever needs ANYthing, I'm always right here!!!!

                Hello again. What height are you Monique? I am aiming for around that 135lb figure too, and I am 170 cms (5'7").

                        Well howdy! Glad to see a new face. This is a great place to get support, ask questions and learn. You are starting a new way of life and it only gets better from here on out. Post lots especially if you're tempted or having trouble, folks here have great ideas on how to get past the trouble.

                              Welcome to the family of support! I know how you feel! I have 165 lbs more to lose (my highest was 410). This place is great and will give you lots of support and there is always always someone online to help or chat with. Just keep coming to the board, reading, take a challenge or two, get recipes, exercise tips and such and you will do just fine!
