I was just curious if everyone here stayed on induction because of the amount of weight that has to be lost? Or went on to the next phase?
I've just stayed on induction -- strict 20 carbs or less -- since starting on the 15th of Jan. I've lost 15lbs and clearly a good deal of inches because I got into my size 18 jeans the other day (
they are actually a bit lose)before I started eating ATkins way I wore a 22 or could sometimes squeeze into a very tight 20.
I am going to take some measurements this weekend. I have been too scared to actually see the measurments. I can deal with what the scale says but for some reason the inches scare the heck out of me!
Anyway -- what should I do?
I have read that if you have alot of weight to lose you should consider staying on induction.
