  • Gained???????

    I got on the scale this morning and have GAINED 2 pounds. Holy moly batman! I have been following induction and drinking TONS of water. I just don't get it. I have been exercising- Well crap- if that doesn't beat all !!

    I am about 2 weeks away from TOM and it may be retention. I usually start having those kind of symptoms up to 2 weeks before. Sucks don't it....

    I guess I'll do a measurement and see if I've lost any inches. I have noticed that I just don't eat as much. I am wondering if I am not eating enough and my metabo is slowing...



    Getting aggravated !!!

    Any clues??

      Yeah you are right. I guess I should stay away from the scale. I have to question it's accuracy anyway. I can step on it 3 times in a row and get 3 different readings. I guess I'll just go down to the truck scales.

        I'm a daily weigher but I only write down my weight every Sunday on my calendar. This gives me constant linear progress without the frustrations of the daily ups and downs due to water weight fluctuations. In 6 months you look back and you don't see the fluctuations... you see what matters: constant progress.

        So, weigh everyday if you must, but only record the data once a week.

          when you start a new to you exercise program your muscles will super hydrate and save fluids until they know you are giving thema new normal for them load and not in danger. Little Brook goes up 5 pounds every time she starts one.
