    Just Saying Hello Im 344 And My Goal Is 200 So I Need To Lose 144. Im Gonna Try My Very Hardest Ever Iv Tried Millions Of Times Before. This Time I Have Major Motivation! Im A Dad He Is 2 Months Old And Im 35 I Want To Do Everything I Can With Him When He Is In His Teens I Better Shape Up Quick...lol Good Luck Everybody

    Welcome, Jason, and congratulations on being a dad! You came to the right place for encouragement and support. This does work, as many of us can say. Good luck, and God bless.
    June Goals
    1. Continue with water
    2. Use bike more (3x per week would be nice).
    3. Continue with videos.
    4. Go to the YMCA for water classes.
    5. Build stamina for more walking.


    Goals for May:
    1. Water every day - at least 100 oz.
    2. Walk through Wal Mart instead of ride.
    3. Post every day.
    4. Get the exercise bike out of basement and use it!
    5. Re-read DANDR! It's been too long.

      Hi Jason! Congratulations on the new baby! That is awesome. I believe you have the ability to stick with it! Keep checking in with us and let us know how it goes. Just because you failed in the past does not mean this time will be the same.

          congrats on the new baby and new WOE!!

          That's such a good motivation - when your boy is a few years older, you'll be able to show him pictures of your old self and he won't recognise you!

          Plus you'll be able to go play football together, whirl him around and be a full-on dad!

          For your daily exercise, you should just be able to walk around with him strapped to your back/front! Weighted walking!!
          (Just remember: if he's on your front, don't try and tie your shoelaces... )

            Hi Jason!

            Congrats on being a new Dad. I think that our kids are such great inspiration for all of us. I myself do not want to be the fattest Mom on the playground. I also do not want to be referred to as my son's fat mom. I dont' want him to be embarrassed when his friends come over or when I go to school functions. He's in Kindergarten now and I'm already embarrassed for myself. So.... good luck and besides having your health, your child is the best inspiration. We can all do this together.... Especially with the help of those who've already done it!
