    Tuesday Water Challenge

    Happy 4th Everybody!

    I'm sure eveyone is busy today but try and get your water down. It's especially hot here so I'll be drinking 120 oz. today!

    Current Stats 47% Body Fat/Goal is 30%
    Not going to be a slave to the scale in 2007!
