    Good morning CCers Are we sleeping in this weekend?





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

    Good morning Chick, busy day today, so no sleeping in here today.
    40 year old male 6' 3"

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

      Good Morning CC'ers... I'm up!

      I'm heading to the gym this morning for Kick class then will probably spend the day shopping for a few last minute things for my cruise! YAY! Only one more week. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

        I am up early too. I am going to go buy some workout pants and go to the gym early to meet a friend. It will be nice to workout with someone. Hope you guys have a great weekend!

          I don't know if this is the right place to sign up for the Century Club, but my original goal is set to 101lbs.


          Today is my day off from work, so you better believe I'll be doing my normal time on the exercise bike today. 30 mins / 10 miles.

          I try to keep an average speed of 19 mph. So far it's not bad, tho I wish the bike had a bigger seat, it seems that exercise equip is just not made for fat people!!!!

            I know what you mean! I can only ride those recumbent bikes that have an actual seat. The others hurt me too much!

                Good Morning CC'ers,
                Welcome to Century Club Bill! That's one thing that keeps me off of most bikes is the seat. OUCH!
                I'm not sure what I'm doing today. It snowed and now it's frozen. The hummingbird food froze. Poor little buggers. I'm going out to fix their food for sure so they have something to eat.
                Speaking of food, i'm fixing omelets for everyone this morning. Better get to it.

                  Good morning CCers! Welcome to ADBB Bill. Today's been off to a good start. I was making a mock danish for breakfast and I let my husband try it. He wanted one, too! He doesn't have any weight to lose, but it's nice to make the same thing for both of us sometimes.

                  BTW - I'm down a pound . Really, I want more, but it least it's progress.

                    Im back! hehehe sorry!! I had a couple of really busy days!

                    Family is absorbing my time, in one hand my nephew and his surgery was this past thursday, he got the surgery in the morning and the doctor was so happy with the result! by the afternoon he was playing with his little cars in the hall fof the hospital with his dad (my brother).

                    I have my other brother and sister in law from Delaware, wanting to eat all the mexican food they cant find in USA, wanting to taste my cooking! So lots of salsa, tacos and cake yesterday, carne asada! I made them the fauxpotatoes and they love it! Im going to make some more today. They are going back to work this thusday, and might see them till next year, so I want to be there as much as I can, tomorrow Im making cookies for them and crepes.

                    Everybody is admired of my will of only eating what I can specially when Im the one cooking, they ask me if I want a beer or a piece of cake and I just say, I cant have that, cause I dont want to, and they smile. To realize that is has been always my decision is really great!!

                    This week I feel I havent lose much weight, I am reading one book of atkins, that my dad found for me in spanish, "the essencial of Atkins" its about the two first weeks, I have seen some mistakes I have been making so Im going to fix that. Still looking for the DANDR second edition. I've been a little constipated, but taking flax seed and lots of water, and Im almost in that time of the month that most men cant understand hahaha So I will take it slow and wont panic if I dont lose much this time.

                        Good afternoon everyone. It's been a great day so far. I got up early and asked my husband if he wanted to take a walk. We had something quick to eat and were off. It was a beautiful day out, cold but sunny. We walked in the woods for about an hour. We're sore now but I'm really glad we went. We're off to BJ's to stock up again. We're always running out of food. Have a greay day everyone!
