      Good morning everyone! It's supposed to be like spring around here today. I'm really looking forward to seeing my friend Jaylene. We'll probably go for a walk or a hike somewhere so we can get in some exercise and conversation.

        Good Morning Roger, Chick, Kristine and all that check in.
        Today is going to be sunny and warmer. I'll probably spend some time in the yard raking and cleaning up the yard some more. This last snow has finally melted off.
        I'm cooking a turkey today to eat off of for a couple of days. Yummo!

          Good morning to all, I'm preparing myself to do exercise, my mind is still trying to convince me not to, so I have a inner battle right now, yesterday I won, so for sure I will win this day also.

          After exercise I have to make cookie dough for my sister in law, she ask me to bake some to take to my nephew's doctor, a thank you gift, I like it when they ask me this and realize that I am no longer willing to eat sugar or carbs

            I am here, barely, I am having a horrid TOM that started last night...and I am measuring for the month! ugh.

            I did manage to go down 0.6 of a pound though.

              Hi everyone...hope everbodys having a good day...Just got home from the gym, did another 23 miles (I'm right there with you porcelain, I too am trying to work out these horrid cramps). God you men are so lucky! lol!

                morning/afternoon everyone.

                Dealing with work stress that really has me down and for the first time in over 3 months I find myself craving "comfort food" and I'm really trying to combat that way of thinking... I know where that road goes and I really don't feel like walking it.

                Good news is, I'm right around the corner to my first goal of 299 by april 15th, my weigh in on 3/30/08 was 300.6 lbs, so I'm pretty jazzed about that.

                Focus on the positive.

                  Today was such a stressful day. My students tested every ounce of patience I had today and I left school feeling very frustrated. Then I got stuck in traffic for almost 2 hours for something that shouldn't have only taken 30 minutes! AND I got rear-ended in a parking lot! I'm headed to the gym now to burn off some steam.

                  Hang in there DM, take it from someone who let the cravings get to them, once you let yourself slide that first time, it becomes a very slippery slope and it's hard to crawl back up. Just keep thinking about how GREAT it feels to be in control over food and use that power you have within yourself. AND CONGRATS on being so close to Twoville! You're doing GREAT!

                  Porcelain and Jammie, I'm with you on that one! TOM gets around fast! lol Although I have to say I haven't been more excited to see TOM than I was this week because I was so worried he wouldn't show up until next week on the cruise. He'll be long gone by then. YAY!

                    Checkin' in. I'm starting to lose again after a 11 day stall. I think I've had my first WHOOSHIE. We'll see. I can't wait to start losing again.

                      Hi everyone. I've been rethinking my goals so I'll probably get kicked out of the Century Club. Everyone thinks I'm quite small and when I tell them 48 more pounds they're so horrified so I'm going to wait until I'm 160 and assess from there. I'm stuck at 188.5 but I'd rather be stuck than going up.
