    I am here sick with strep throat. Havent eaten anything in 2 days cuz it hurts too bad. I am on some antiobiotics so hopefully it will kick in soon. Hope yall have a better weekend than mine is starting off to be.

      Good morning Chick and Brian and everyone who follows.

      Lot's of rain here today, so it's going to be an indoor project day.
      40 year old male 6' 3"

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

            Ugh! So I haven't checked in for awhile... because I went on an all out BINGE the past few days and gained a pound back Then I forced myself to go shopping and got a pair of jeans sized 14 (which is one size smaller then I am now) Pulled them up but cannot button them yet. They are so cute... alas they will be my mini goal pants to try and keep me motivated.

            I wish everyone a happy low carb day! And I hope you get well soon Kempker!!!

              It's good to hear from you Jammie, I was getting worried about you.

              Sugar, just get right back on track girlie and you'll be in those 14's in no time!

              It's 2:00 pm and I just rolled out of bed. lol I had Relay for Life yesterday and stayed through the night. I didn't come home until 5:00 this morning! It was so much fun. Eating wasn't great though I have to admit. It's back on track today. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

                      Haha... I like that Kristine... I think because I was inactive for so long because of my weight, now that I finally feel like I can move in my own body I love the feeling it gives me. I used to HATE to sweat but now I love a good sweat from working out. I NEVER thought I would like going to the gym, but I actually do.

                          Good afternoon... My back is hurting, my arms, and my legs... no, I didnt do to much workout, I just did GARDENING and HOUSE CLEANING! hahaha
