I'm here too. Just took a very lovely walk; it's very cool and fresh outside since we had 6 inches of rain yesterday! I'm still fighting off shin splints but I couldn't resist gonig out this morning; it was too beautiful. Hope all of you guys have a great day.
Good Morning Etire, Kagi, Happy and all those that check in, Wishing everyone a fantastic Low Carb Day. Sherri
Step-Ups
This exercise targets your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. It'll help you build a bikini-ready butt and rockin' thighs. While you're stepping up onto the bench, pay attention to good posture. Keep your abs drawn in and don't arch or round your back. Control your descent rather than letting your momentum drop your body as you're stepping down.
If you don't think you can step up very high, find a lower bench to work with — a step stool will do the trick! Step 1
Stand facing a bench or platform with your feet hip-width apart. Place your left foot up on the step, making sure your whole foot (including the heel) is firmly placed. Step 2
Exhale and press down with your left leg to bring your right foot up onto the bench. Both feet should be firmly planted on the bench at the midpoint of this exercise. Then slowly lower your left leg back down to the ground, leaving your right foot firmly on the bench, and repeat. Tip: Pay attention to good posture. Keep your abs drawn in and don't arch or round your back when stepping up on the bench. Control your descent; don't let momentum drop your body when you are stepping off the bench. Tomorrow's Tip: Are You Eating Enough?
