      Good morning. It's a cool 54 this morning, and I'd still rather be snuggled in bed with my husband, but the dogs have other ideas. They always have me up by 6am. That's them in my avatar.

      Plans for today: Attend my grandson's birthday celebration. He is 16 years old today.

          Good morning CCers ! Amsexy, I hope your day 1 goes well. We are heading out of town for the weekend. Today we're going to visit with my husband's sister and her family (husband, 3 daughters, 1 son) and then have dinner with my cousin and his wife. We'll stay the night at their house and then go to church with my sister-in-law and her family. Today is their farewell gathering. They are moving to North Carolina because her husband is going to attend Reformed Theological Seminary. We will truly miss them , but wish them the best ! It will be good to spend some time with them before they go .

                  Another day... yay! Well Sherri, I would be on the same day as you, but I'm counting from the 13th now, since I wasn't completely clean during the first few. I look at them as easing back in... mostly good, but not for real... maybe I'm not really 'clean' now either, with the coffee, but I was losing before with coffee, so I don't think it's a staller for me. Still I'm going to bring it down to totally decaf. My daughter is way addicted to the coffee, so I'm I'm secretly doing it, and easing her off too. I imagine the headaches during last few days are sugar and/or wheat detox.. they just were real heavy duty, worse than the last time.

                  Way to go, getting through day one Amsexy, you will be alright! Have a lovely day everybody!

                    It's Saturday night. I am feeling really lonely after the break up with my ex. It's cold where I am, and I feel emotional. I had a trip to Starbucks and a defaf...I am realizing this is the point where I would binge on carbs and sugar, and now there is not that, but I am here instead which is awesome. I have decided to make a list of fun activities and follow through with them. Movies, arts and crafts, JOURNALING. Argh. I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it. Day 2 and reporting, almost through to the next...

                        Hi everyone! I'm finally here to check in. It's actually the 18th here already since it's after midnight though! lol

                        I had a great day today. Started H.I.T.T. training to try to move out of this dreaded "the 3rd week" stall. I've hit a bump in the road and can't seem to get over it, so I'm trying a different approach. But on the plus side, I'm seeing some shrinkage around the belly area, so I'm happy! I'll have to find some time this weekend to break out my tape measure!

                        I hope everyone is doing good and don't forget to stay positive!
