    Morning everybody!!! Third day on the 6WEC. Walking everyday 8 miles, and having 3 days of abs and legs workout is my goal for these 6 weeks!!..
    well... The day is beautiful, birds singing (there are some pigeons here) and I am ready to get to work..

      8 miles! Wow, that's a good week for me. Scales didn't budge again this morning, but I feel great. Time to get the kids up and ready for school. I'm drop-off Dad this morning because my wife has an early class. I love seeing my kids before work, they are so cute when I wake them up. My daughter won't get out of bed unless I snuggle with her for a few minutes. I hope this lasts a few more years. Have a great day all.

            today is a relaxed day for me.. Thinking of going out for another 2-3 miles, but I had my abs and legs workout and I need to take a rest..
            got to walk, that and the small workout is the only exersise I get.

                Hi! I shrieked this morning when I got on the scale..... whooshied 3 pounds, and am under first mini-goal by 2 pounds! Husband lost 2 more too. Now I feel like I am truly 'on my way.' I blame the jalapeno poppers I finally made last night. And oh man, they are good. Totally worth the prep-age to have them. Thanks Sherri. I took a look last night at the 'Linda's Low Carb" site, and got really excited about some of the things I saw.

                            Hi everyone,

                            I haven't checked in for a number of days so I wanted to pop in and say hello to everyone...I've missed you all very much and think about you each morning and hope everyone is well.

                            I've been recently dealing with some medical set backs so I have had to slow things down in the exercise routines.

                            Due to these set backs and the nature of some of my health problems, I decided today to climb the rungs earlier then I planned....so I am now at the berries rung as of today to try to boost my immune system. I had to skip the dairy and seeds/nuts rung due to massive food allergies to them. I have to admit I am VERY nervous being at this rung but time will tell how it goes. I just hope I don't end up going backwards and stalling or something like that. That would put me in a bit of a tail spin I think. So, today I had some blueberries. I have been resting more and trying to regain strength.

                            I will try to add more of my routine back slowly next week...but of course that depends on how I'm feeling.

                            It turns out my blood sugar level is very low as well so adding the berries will help I'm hoping. I am not diabetic, never have been....it appears I am the opposite where my blood sugar level is not high enough so on top of dealing with an immune problem, my blood sugar level has been quite low and I've been feeling very weak and light headed.

                            So that's how things are going for me and why I haven't been around.

                            I lost another 2 lbs. (I think from the last time I checked in) so I hope the weight loss continues.
