Hey Kellen, yes you need to eat in order to burn. If you eat less, then your body "shuts-down" its metabolism.. i.e., burns less calories.. Where, when we do overeat, our bodies..well, we all know.. I believe the key to go is to eat till you feel ok..not stuffed or overeat, just to find your limit.. but maybe this x10 your weight is like a rule of thumb..who knows.. thank you for looking that up
) I also do tend to lose my weight on the low days, and the high ones keep my body from thinking I'm going into starvation. Just worjked itself out that way!
