I also have a Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds DVD called "Walk Strong" and it's the same situation. I never used this. I think at the beginning she says it's equivalent to a 2-mile walk, but instead of just walking, she does some firming intervals. If you want this one, you should know you'll need to get a "stretchie band" for the firming intervals.
