      Hi,
      I'm new to this board. I started on May 25 and now that the weight is NOT coming off quickly am a little bit discouraged. I feel like the scale should move a bit every day, since every day I am not eating carbs! I have a long way to go and can't stand to sit at one weight! My goal for the weekend is to begin to exercise and add 100oz of water each day.

      I've never been in an online community with so many choices of where to post. I hope I'm in the right spot. Thanks!

        Hello everyone, hoping for a great weekend and a quick end to this workday.

        Robin: Yea for you, good work.

        Happy: welcome to the club, you will find it nice here I hope. Word of wisdom, stay off the scale. Read the stickies,join some challenges. This works, just don't get discouraged, it did not take over night for us to gain, this is a life long commitment or what you do lose, comes back and brings friends. The scale is not going to move everyday. Some days you're up, somedays you are down. The momentum however will be downward over time if you stick with it. Measure also, when the scale doesn't move the tape measure probably is.

                Oh my checking in real late. I'm here but haven't been around lately. Sorry I haven't been able to give very much support lately. I am having a hard time staying on the wagon and my new allergy pills are keeping me in loopy land Stop this roller coaster ride so I can get off!!!! I gave myself a kick in the a$$ tonite and hope to be back in full force as of NOW

                One good things is that I am drinking my water everyday!
