    Good day everyone,

    I hope all of you are having an enjoyable low carb day today!

    Wishing you a happy and enjoyable low carb weekend....keep eating right, drinking lots of water and fitting some form of exercise into your day...ohhhhh and don't forget the vitamins!

    What sort of plans does everyone have these weekend?

    I'm going to try to rest and recover...still not well....I've been able to fit in a workout each day though despite how rotten I'm feeling. Started some antibiotics yesterday after work...hopefully they will help.

    Heaviest weight - 403 lbs. (2007)
    April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point)
    Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins)
    1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight.
    2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day.
    3rd major goal met - Wed, May 13-09 - Reached losing 200 lbs. in just over a year and a couple of months.
    4th major goal met – Reached “Onederland” June 6-09 – 198 lbs.
    5th major goal met - My 1 yr. Atkins anniversary - Weighing 184 lbs. this day
    Current weight – 174 lbs.
    Goal weight - 150 – 160

    My personal journey
    - Before and during - From 400 lbs. to 247 lbs. Not done yet!!!

    Well, I am over being sick and my weight went back up to normal. I hated that, being sick took off 3 pounds that came right back when I got better! I am going to the ex's for the weekend. He wants to excercise me and tone me up instead of letting me shrink me some more. I hope he forgets, lazy here! He's got a weight machine I want to play with though. He's got a treadmill I want nothing to do with. Maybe we can go walking at the track late at night?



    My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

    1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
    2nd mini goal: 140!
    3rd mini goal:135!
    4th mini goal: 130!

    I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.
