    <sigh> I did not work out today. Things got away from me. I did not plan carefully.

    I will work out tomorrow morning before the kids get up (being teens, they are generally up at the crack of noon....so I have time)

    Otherwise, it was a very good day. No cheats, still motivated, feeling good.
