Ok:
If you are participating in the SECOND Tape Measure Challenge, this is a reminder to re-measure yourselves on Tues or Wed a.m. and post your scores in the sticky at the top of this forum.
Don't forget to keep adding to the total inches lost as you go, so Terry doesn't have to come in with her calculator each time someone posts!
If you want to join the THIRD Tape Measure Challenge, here's what to do:
Tues a.m. or Wed a.m., take your measurements. We are all using Mybodycomp.com, which is a free account you can set up. It tells you where to measure, keeps track of your measurements and changes, and does fun things like calculate body fat and other weird things like "hip to waist ratio" which I really don't understand but like to look at.
Anyway, record your measurements on mybodycomp.com, and don't measure again for 2 weeks or until I remind you again. You will be AMAZED at the inches you lose, no matter what the scale says!!!!!!!
If you want more info, go to the Tape Measure/inches lost sticky at the top of this forum. You'll get to see the fantastic results we are having, and we hope you'll be inspired to add your losses to ours.
