Hi All this is my 2nd time around some info I am 26 I am married with two chikldren. I work fulltime at a local hospital and I first started atkins on 1/3/05, my start weight was 185.5, as of this am I was 157, my goal weight is 120-125. I would like to lose 15lbs by christmas.
Today so far to eat I have had:
Breakfast:
Med iced coffee with 3 splenda and x-cream
ham and cheese omlet with bacon on side
Lunch:
1 cup of lettuce
4 cucumber slices
3 pepper slices
and tuna w/mayo and I mixed it all togeather
so far today 36oz of water.
All your support and input would be great!
