    I'm going to try to post everyday while I'm getting back on track here. For breakfast today I had some flax-o-meal and my usual cup of coffee. For lunch I'm planning a salad with chicken and for dinner, shrimp with butter and greenbeans. If I need a snack, I'm going for some instant miso soup.

    I've had a headache for several days now. Don't know if it's allergies, TOM, or just stress, but I have been taking waaaayyy too many painkillers on a daily basis now for over a week! Any suggestions? How will this affect my weightloss? I've found that Aleve and Ibuprofen make me retain water like CRAZY! When I took mega doses of Aleve after my car accident, I gained 10 lbs in just 24 hours! Yikes!

    The one shining moment for me today was weigh in: 169, down from 171.5 just yesterday! Hope it sticks.... I also took my measurements today, and plan to start exercising again tomorrow morning. I was just starting to get into the groove with exercise when I had my accident, and was way too sore to continue. But now, it's just become another excuse.
