  • Day Two is all that and a bag of...celery?

Day two was a better day than yesterday! I had some mad cravings when I cooked some cinnamon sticks but since fasting I knew I couldn't eat them anyway but also my low carbing sense kicked in and I knew I didn't need them. I just pray that the next few days, I can keep my comittment to myself of staying cheat free. So far so good and I think that is because I am prepared of what I am going to eat; mainly because of fasting and needing to eat before sunrise or be hungrier than normal all day, which would suck. That is a big motivator! I just need to continue that one after Ramadan is over. Well, they say it takes 21 days to creat a habit, so hopefully that will be one I have created by then. I am determined to lose 10 lbs or close to it, by the end of this month. I lost the first 45 lbs or so pounds when I started in March and I want to get off that current weight to a new weight. 328 is not where I want to be by the end of this year. laterz ya'all!
