Coming out on the other side

If there is one part about Atkin's that I would have to make a negative comment about it would have to be the induction flu.....man oh man I just came out on the other side of it and now finally i feel great.....I guess though if I were to look at it logically then you don't know how good you feel until you feel really bad for a bit. I have this burst of energy that I was expecting and it feels great...if for no other reason, I am going to see this thing through just so I don't have to go through that induction flu again.

Thanks all it does feel great and I know the pudding (lo carb of course) is worth the pain. lol
