  • Day 10

Was a bit slow the first 7 days, sticking to it seriously, but not feeling all that great....in the past few days I have been feeling better and this is why.

I work 4pm - 12 am, and I don't get a lunch hour, so I have to bring my food in, and eat when I can (it's so much easier to prepare and eat at home) I WAS eating too little at one sitting. Almost snacking, which is easy to do when you don't have a lot of time to eat. Snacking made me feel like I was hungry all of the time. I have been eating bigger portions, which has been filling me up, AND allowing me to lose more.

I have been exercising faithfully. Go curves!

Water intake has been rough. I bought a water bottle which is 34 ounces, and just downing it in huge gulps to make sure I get my water intake.

I did falter a bit on having some nuts earlier in induction, but I am feeling better the last few days.

So I am doing a lot better. It is hard for me since crackers, especially saltines are my favorite foods. Finally cravings are going away!

down 6 lbs and I feel good. I am not going to weigh in until my 2 weeks is up!
Re re starting this time for good with the support of my husband. He is doing this with me.

          Re: Day 10

Congrats! I'm on day 10 also & feeling pretty good. I'm a sucker for saltines also, especially when I'm not feeling good. So when I didn't feel good during the first few days I totally wanted to eat saltines & gingerale. I have also lost 6 lbs. I wasn't going to weigh myself until tomorrow but I caved.

I just found out I have to go out of town tomorrow & was bummed. I am onlyl 4 days away & it is a pain to do induction when out of town. I'm always afraid that there is hidden sugar in stuff.

We only have 4 more days we can do it!!!
