    Onderland at last!!!!!!

    I can't believe it, I really can't. I'm not sure I could be doing this without all the support from fellow members. Thankyou so much. I owe feeling this well to all of you.

    what a difference 66lbs makes. Imagine in another 66lbs!

                              Sorry everyone. I've had to abandon Atkins. After slipping up, I gained back everything and more. I fully believe in and support Atkins, I know it works, but it's too hard for me. I'm following my own plan now, exercising more, eating less in general and healthier, still focusing more on veggies and fruits and whole grains and much less processed junk and bad carbs. I still visit here occasionally, so I will keep my stats listed here when I do. I wish everyone the best on this program or any others that work for you.
