    Yes thats what I'm going to do, but I am just adding a few more veggies and berries etc right now rather than juice them, I have been having palpitations etc, as soon as I eat a few blueberries and a couple strawberries, it seems to go away, my mom says thats low blood sugar, scary to me! I think I have been neglecting my veggies too much lately. Kick me

      are you having your berries with a fat as Dr Atkins tells us to in the OWL chapter 14 tips at the end of the chapter for bllod sugar stability?

          Fatty liver is not a horrible condition - however it IS a condition you have to fix. And you cannot fix a fatty liver by drinking raw juices!!!!!

          HEAR! HEAR! The liver is a wonderful self-cleansing organism rpovided you eat healthily and get enough (and regular) sleep. Yes, it regenerates itself while you sleep. I did read a research article that said getting approximately the same number of hours sleep nightly is important to the body's regeneration processes (liver and ather internal organs cleanse themselves while we sleep). So try to sleep 6 or 7 or 8 hours pernight (whatever is normal for you), keep up the healthy eating and get your liver re-tested to see how it is doing.
