Sooo, I have a new question for you. I have been in ketosis for awhile and when I am in ketosis I always have positive results and I feel terrific. I strive to stay in ketosis and I always know the moment I fall out of it!
The question is, can we use ketosis as a gauge for meeting your equilibrium number that Dr. Atkins tallks about? Or can you still be in ketosis, but eating too many carbs to continue losing?
