Well I'm back home after being out of town for a wedding. I feel so disgusting and bloated from all the sugary rubbish and alcohol I have consumed over the last few days. I can't wait to start induction tomorrow and start reclaiming my life. I wanted to wait until after I came back so I could make a fresh start and begin with no mistakes.
Just a few of questions though. I have read from others about the percentages of fat etc. for induction, but somehow I must have missed this in the 4 times I have read DANDR. Could somebody please help me locate this information?
Also, on Linda's site I notice she has recipes for induction that contain ingredients not specifically outlined in the allowable induction foods, e.g. sesame oil. Are these things ok to use or should I be more strict?
Lastly, I was wanting to change my user name to eliminate possible confusion due to other very similar user names. How do I do this?
