    Good Morning!
    Today is day 15. I realized that the last two weeks I've actually added in rung 1 veggies so I guess my loss has been good considering.
    Yesterday, worked at my PT job, restaurant and then went to birthday party for my great niece, she turned 6. I passed on everything bad, took my own food in case I needed to and you know, it was a great day!!

    I'm looking forward to another week where I feel great and am good to me!

      Good Morning..although its almost afternoon...lol I have been lazy this morning after my weekend I need it.. I RESISTED Apple crisp..OH MY GOSH it looked soooooooo yummy..I love that stuff.. I kept telling myself...it won't taste as good as those 4lbs I lost last week.. Of course the scale is being ugly to me.. I always go 2 steps forward 3 steps down before I go 1 step forward again.. GRRR..

        i am checking in today. i had a fairly successful weekend. Weight is at 186, stuck here for a while prolly for a couple of weeks due to TOM but hey i am not complaining. The only thing i did bad this weekend was had chili. Homemade and prolly prefectly acceptable in the higher rungs and i don't feel ill although i did have a few cravings last night after. i went to a baby shower and ate veggies as that was the only acceptable food there but no cheats even though everyone was oohing and ahhing over the cake i was ok without it. i found out after the shower that a friend of mine had passed. It was a very difficult thing for me to digest and in my pain i was tempted to have a couple of drinks but BF helped me through it and the desire to drown my pain is waning. i am so glad to hear of everyones successes and blazing you will drop those pounds it's prolly just water anyway. Byker, wayto get bak on the wagon. Hugs to you all.

          Hello Everyone. Just dropped in for a minute to say hello. We are selling pumpkins here on the farm and I need to go watch the stand this afternoon. My car is in the shop so I have today off from my regular job. So far today I have eated a two egg omlet with cheddar cheese filling and two table spoons of low carb catsup and a big cup of tea with splenda. Needed something to keep me going since its a cold damp morning here in NY. I hope everyone has a great Atkins day.

            Grats everyone on avoiding those temptations!

            Spirit--Sorry to hear of your loss. Remember to lean on that great BF of yours when you need it, having someone there can help so much.

            I've been down this weekend, but ready for a pretty insane workweek now. Have a good (and cheat free) day!

              I gained a pound last night when we were playing cards at friend's house and I was right next to a bowl of Dorito's and munch a more than two handfuls...Sigh...

              Anyway about to go and burn off some of that when I go to the gym in a few minutes.

              Ok ladies....


              That was me last night...AHHHAHA!

              Anyway next time I must remember to gulp down some water before I sit next to that stuff!
